Sending Your Watch To Us
Step 1
Please contact us first to tell us the problem. A full estimate can be given for the required work once we have received the watch.
Step 2
Post your watch to us:
The most safe and secure way is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For your peace of mind, we will call you to let you know we have received your watch safely.
To ensure that your watch is fully protected in the post, please make sure the watch is carefully wrapped in packaging such as bubble wrap and ideally protected in a cardboard box.

PLEASE NOTE: When you take your parcel to the post office, you will need to choose the correct level of insurance to cover the value of your watch.
Step 3
On receipt of your watch, we will notify you that we have received your watch safely.
Step 4
We will assess your watch and provide you with an estimate.
Step 5
Once the estimate has been proceeded the work will be undertaken. On completion, payment is made and the watch is dispatched special delivery.
