Battery Replacement
We only use Swiss Renata batteries.
Battery replacement takes approx up to 3 working days.
Battery and Reseal
We only use Swiss Renata batteries. The watch is resealed and pressure tested for water resistance (this is not available on all watches.) If any other parts are required, this will be advised.
Batteries and reseals take approx 7-10 working days.
Quartz Service
Complete service of movement/exchange of movement if applicable.
Services take approx 10-14 working days.
Mechanical Service
Complete service of movement. Movement is fully stripped down. All parts are checked, cleaned and oiled.
Mechanical services take approx 14 working days.
Automatic Service
Complete service of movement. Movement is fully stripped down. All parts are checked, cleaned and oiled.
Automatic services take approx 14 working days.
Minor Repairs
Replacement of leather/bracelet straps,
new glass, crown/stem, dial repair/ replacement, clasp repair/replacement.
All other small repairs.
Minor repairs take approx 7 working days.

Estimates
Estimates will take up to 7 working days.
Please be aware if a watch repair is not undertaken, there will be a 'return undone' charge to cover the cost of the return postage.
